✝ Religious ministry terms of service

Faithful use, informed choice, and public-ledger responsibility.

These Terms govern use of Jesus Christ Saves Token, the JCS website, Xaman-connected wallet functions, XRP Ledger trading tools, prayer NFTs, Sign the Ledger testimony features, Scripture, media, live metrics, and related links. The ministry’s purpose is to bear witness to Jesus Christ, preserve prayer and testimony, and provide Christian religious and educational resources through transparent, non-custodial technology.

Ministry principle: “Let all things be done decently and in order.” — 1 Corinthians 14:40, King James Version.
Important legal-status statement: JCS describes its mission and activities as a Christ-centered religious ministry dedicated to religious, educational, and outreach purposes. These Terms do not independently create, prove, or guarantee legal status as a church, nonprofit corporation, public charity, tax-exempt organization, integrated auxiliary, or organization recognized under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). Those questions depend on governing documents, actual operations, organizational facts, applicable law, and any required governmental process.

Terms contents

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using a JCS page, connecting a wallet, requesting a transaction, minting an NFT, publishing a testimony, submitting a reply, recording an Amen reaction, following a trading link, or using another interactive feature, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Read-only access

You may read public religious and project content without connecting a wallet.

Interactive access

Wallet and ledger actions require deliberate choices and may create irreversible public transactions.

Do not agree

If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the interactive features or submit a transaction.

These Terms apply only to JCS-controlled pages and services. Separate terms apply to Xaman, the XRP Ledger network, explorers, exchanges, media providers, social platforms, and other third parties.

2. Religious ministry identity and purpose

JCS is presented as a faith-based Christian ministry and technology project whose religious purpose includes advancing Christian teaching, preserving prayer and testimony, encouraging voluntary fellowship, and making Christian artifacts accessible across borders and generations. The ministry confesses Jesus of Nazareth as the Christ and seeks to direct the project toward His message rather than toward speculation or personal glorification.

Use of JCS does not create church membership, ordination, clergy status, a pastoral relationship, a sacrament, a charitable-beneficiary relationship, or a legal fiduciary relationship. JCS is not a substitute for Scripture, prayer, fellowship, pastoral care, emergency services, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or mental-health treatment.

The ministry may state sincerely held religious beliefs. Participation remains voluntary. Nothing in these Terms authorizes harassment, discrimination, coercion, violence, unlawful conduct, or the violation of another person’s rights.

3. Eligibility and authority

4. What JCS provides

Depending on the page and current development state, JCS may provide:

JCS provides an interface and ministry resource. Unless separately stated in a valid written agreement, JCS does not operate the XRP Ledger, control validators, custody user funds, guarantee a market, provide brokerage services, promise liquidity, or guarantee that any third-party service will remain available.

5. Xaman connection, wallet control, and transaction signing

Non-custodial design

Transactions are intended to be reviewed and approved through Xaman. JCS should not receive your recovery phrase, family seed, private key, or device passcode.

Your approval controls the transaction

A transaction is not authorized merely because the website prepared it. Your wallet approval and the network’s validation determine whether it proceeds.

Verify every field

Confirm the network, account, issuer, currency, destination, amount, NFT fields, memo, fee, slippage limit, offer terms, and security challenge before signing.

Protect wallet credentials

Anyone requesting your seed or private key is not following the JCS process. Decline the request and report suspected impersonation or fraud.

You are solely responsible for wallet security, device security, backups, access controls, transaction review, and the consequences of signing. JCS cannot reverse a valid transaction, restore a lost secret, recover an inaccessible wallet, or guarantee recovery from fraud or error.

6. Public XRP Ledger records and irreversibility

The XRP Ledger is a public decentralized network. Validated wallet addresses, transactions, amounts, token balances, NFT identifiers, trustlines, offers, memos, ledger positions, and related metadata may be copied, indexed, analyzed, displayed, archived, or redistributed by independent parties.

  1. JCS cannot privately erase or rewrite a validated XRPL transaction.
  2. Removing content from the JCS interface does not remove it from XRPL or independent copies.
  3. A hidden or shortened address in the interface remains visible in the underlying transaction.
  4. A prayer, testimony, reply, Scripture reference, name, handle, or NFT memo may become permanently public.
  5. Publishing from a wallet may allow observers to associate that wallet with religious belief or activity.
Safety warning for persecuted believers: Do not publish any Christian statement, name, location, congregation, family detail, employer, school, photograph, handle, or wallet activity when doing so could expose you or another person to persecution, surveillance, retaliation, violence, or legal danger.

7. JCS token, DEX, AMM, and NFT risks

JCS is an XRP Ledger-issued token used within a faith-centered public ecosystem. A JCS token, prayer NFT, testimony NFT, or other digital asset is not presented as stock, equity, debt, a bank account, a deposit, an insurance product, ownership of the ministry, a guaranteed donation receipt, or a contractual promise of financial return. Legal treatment may differ by jurisdiction and may change.

Price volatility

Token and NFT prices can rise, fall sharply, become illiquid, or reach zero.

Liquidity and slippage

Thin order books or AMM reserves can produce significant price impact, failed orders, partial execution, or unfavorable execution.

Technical risk

Wallet defects, browser defects, server outages, smart-interface errors, network congestion, malicious software, or user error can cause delay or loss.

Regulatory risk

Law, tax treatment, exchange access, platform rules, sanctions, or regulatory interpretations can change without notice.

NFT permanence

Minted identifiers and transaction metadata can remain public even if an image, website, or interface later changes.

No guaranteed market

No person is obligated to purchase JCS, maintain liquidity, support a price, redeem a token, or purchase a prayer NFT.

You must decide independently whether a token, NFT, trustline, offer, swap, or transaction is appropriate. Use only resources you can afford to lose and do not rely on religious language as a financial guarantee.

8. No investment, legal, tax, medical, or pastoral advice

Live metrics, prices, supply calculations, market values, order books, AMM reserves, roadmaps, project descriptions, prayers, testimonies, Scripture references, and third-party links are provided for informational, religious, educational, or technical purposes.

They are not personalized investment advice, a solicitation, a recommendation to buy or sell, a promise of profit, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, medical advice, psychiatric advice, crisis counseling, or a substitute for a qualified professional or trusted local religious community.

A project statement, roadmap item, ministry goal, prayer, or expression of hope is not a contractual guarantee that a feature, listing, price, donation program, exchange integration, charitable activity, translation, or future development will occur.

9. Prayers, testimonies, replies, names, and other user content

You retain whatever legal rights you hold in original content you create. By deliberately submitting content for public display or signing it into an XRPL transaction, you grant JCS a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, format, display, index, link, translate for accessibility, distribute, and preserve that public content as reasonably needed to operate, explain, secure, archive, and promote the faith ministry and testimony service.

This license does not make JCS the owner of your original testimony. It does recognize that public-ledger content can be replicated by anyone and that JCS must be able to display and process what you instructed the network to publish.

You represent that content you submit:

JCS may hide, filter, refuse to feature, or stop indexing content on its own interface when it reasonably believes the content violates these Terms, creates danger, infringes rights, or harms the ministry. JCS cannot erase the underlying public-ledger transaction.

10. Prohibited conduct

Wallet and security abuse

No credential theft, phishing, malicious payloads, unauthorized wallet access, seed requests, malware, denial-of-service attacks, or exploitation of defects.

Fraud and manipulation

No false guarantees, wash trading, deceptive market activity, impersonation, fabricated endorsements, false listings, or misrepresentation of affiliation with Xaman or XRPL Labs.

Harmful content

No credible threats, stalking, doxxing, exploitation, unlawful discrimination, targeted harassment, or publication of dangerous identifying information.

Illegal use

No money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing, stolen property, unlawful fundraising, prohibited financial activity, or violation of applicable law.

Religious coercion

No coercing a person to trade, donate, publish, reveal identity, join a group, or accept religious teaching through threats or financial pressure.

Automated abuse

No scraping, polling, bots, spam, excessive requests, or automation that disrupts the site, public servers, testimony feed, or third-party infrastructure.

11. Network fees, prices, taxes, and donations

XRPL transactions may require network fees and may involve token amounts, XRP, slippage, AMM fees, offer spreads, or third-party charges. Fees can change. Review the final wallet request.

A token purchase, swap, market trade, NFT mint, trustline transaction, one-drop registry payment, or platform fee is not automatically a charitable donation. A payment is not tax deductible unless JCS separately and lawfully identifies it as a charitable contribution and provides any required documentation.

You are responsible for taxes, reporting, recordkeeping, valuation, gains, losses, fees, and other obligations arising from your transactions. JCS does not promise a particular tax result.

12. Third-party services and external content

JCS may connect or link to Xaman, public XRPL nodes, validators, explorers, Sologenic, XPMarket, Bithomp, YouTube, Internet Archive, Wikimedia, LibriVox, CoinGecko, social platforms, hosting providers, repositories, or related projects.

Third parties are independent. JCS does not control their custody practices, uptime, content, privacy, fees, security, listings, market data, moderation, transaction handling, or legal compliance. A link does not constitute endorsement, ownership, partnership, sponsorship, or a guarantee.

Xaman and XRPL Labs do not become responsible for JCS merely because JCS uses Xaman APIs, authorization, signing requests, or wallet interfaces. Do not describe a sandbox, integration, listing, or compatibility as an endorsement.

13. Intellectual property and permitted use

Unless otherwise stated, JCS names, original page designs, original explanations, original graphics, logos, project text, software arrangement, and ministry branding are owned by or licensed to the project and are protected to the extent provided by applicable law.

Scripture translations, archival media, open-source libraries, public-domain works, service marks, wallet software, exchange interfaces, and third-party content remain subject to their respective licenses and owners.

You may link to public pages, quote limited portions with attribution, and use public XRPL data consistent with law. You may not falsely imply official authority, copy the site to conduct phishing, misuse the JCS logo to request funds or wallet secrets, remove ownership notices, or use ministry materials to deceive users.

14. Service availability, modification, and termination

JCS may add, change, suspend, restrict, repair, replace, or discontinue a page, feature, token interface, testimony index, media source, server, metric, link, or integration at any time. Maintenance, security concerns, public-server limits, legal developments, technical failures, third-party decisions, or ministry priorities may affect availability.

JCS may block or limit use of its controlled interface when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or preserve the ministry. Such action does not control the decentralized XRP Ledger or remove public transactions.

Your obligations concerning public-ledger permanence, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, disputes, and other provisions that logically survive will remain effective after you stop using the site.

15. Disclaimers of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE, CONTENT, METRICS, CODE, TRANSACTION BUILDERS, TOKEN INFORMATION, NFT FUNCTIONS, TESTIMONY FEED, MEDIA, AND LINKS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” JCS DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION TO THE EXTENT THOSE WARRANTIES MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

JCS does not warrant that information is complete, that public-server data is current, that a transaction will validate, that a quote will remain available, that code contains no defect, that media is appropriate for every user, that content will remain hosted, or that any token, NFT, wallet, exchange, or ministry feature will achieve a particular result.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, the exclusion applies only to the lawful extent.

16. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JCS AND ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, VOLUNTEERS, MINISTRY PARTICIPANTS, DEVELOPERS, CONTENT PROVIDERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS; LOST OPPORTUNITY; LOST DATA; LOSS OF GOODWILL; TOKEN OR NFT LOSS; WALLET LOSS; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, MARKET MOVEMENT, SLIPPAGE, PHISHING, MALWARE, NETWORK FAILURE, USER ERROR, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, aggregate liability arising from the JCS-controlled website will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you directly paid to JCS for the specific site service giving rise to the claim during the previous twelve months, excluding blockchain amounts sent to other users, market counterparties, AMMs, network validators, or third parties; or (b) one hundred United States dollars. This cap does not limit liability that applicable law forbids JCS from limiting.

The limitations apply regardless of legal theory and even when a party was advised that damage was possible, subject to mandatory law.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JCS and its operators, contributors, volunteers, ministry participants, developers, and affiliates from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, judgments, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from:

JCS may control the defense of a covered claim where legally appropriate. You may not settle a claim imposing an admission, payment, obligation, or restriction on JCS without written consent.

18. Informal resolution, governing law, and disputes

Before filing a non-emergency claim concerning a JCS-controlled page, send a detailed written notice to jesuschristsaves@gmail.com and allow thirty days for a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter. The notice should identify the relevant page, transaction, date, requested remedy, and supporting facts without including a wallet seed or private key.

Unless a separate valid written agreement specifies otherwise, governing law, jurisdiction, and venue will be determined by applicable mandatory law and the facts of the dispute, including the location and legal status of the responsible parties and operations.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a party from seeking emergency injunctive relief, reporting crime or fraud, responding to legal process, exercising non-waivable consumer rights, or using a governmental complaint process available under applicable law.

19. General contractual terms

20. Contact and support

Questions about these Terms, project support, content concerns, security reports, or dispute notices may be sent through:

Never send a wallet seed, recovery phrase, private key, device passcode, or unnecessary identity document to JCS.
